About me:

Hello, I’m Shannon!

Therapy can tough, particularly when you have an eating disorder. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space for individuals to explore, understand, and improve their current patterns of behaviour.

I’m a firm believer that recovery is possible no matter how many times you’ve tried or how long you’ve been struggling, and I care deeply about holding hope for individuals who feel stuck.

My aim is to empower individuals to make constructive and meaningful change, by drawing on their own unique strengths and helping them developing a toolkit of skills and strategies to manage their own recovery with confidence.

When did you start at FCo?

I started in April 2022.

How do you start your day?

Snuggling with my dog Gus – who you may see wandering around the practice. He is happy to join you in your therapy session if pet therapy
sounds good to you!
