About me:

Hello, I’m Rachel.

I’m an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Registered Counsellor with a lived experience supporting a teenager through the recovery from an ED.

I understand referring your child is one of the most challenging things you will ever do! I am a caring and compassionate clinician who is a lifelong learner. I am passionate about helping women of all ages to appreciate their bodies and find freedom from the food rules and rituals.

I began my career as a clinical Dietitian 25 years ago specialising in paediatric diabetes. I have experience as a Dietitian in mental health, EDs, and all types of diabetes. I enjoy supporting people to find their own solutions to their concerns.

What is your general philosophy and approach to helping?

My general philosophy is that if clients can identify there’s a problem, what needs to change to achieve their goals, and how they will achieve it, they are more likely to be invested and succeed.
