About me:

Hello, I’m Kate.

As a mental health occupational therapist, having an awareness of the environment and its impact on day-to-day life forms the cornerstone of my practice. I help individuals uncover the subtle nuances that shape their experiences, encouraging them to recognise the profound influence of their surroundings on their chosen occupations, their mind and their body.

I work collaboratively with clients to build a roadmap for navigating the external world, building resilience and fostering an environment that nurtures their well-being. I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and finding well-being through occupation.

While coming to therapy can be a challenging space, I also aspire to balance this out with some fun and always allow space for a good laugh, when appropriate!

Where did you grow up?

I grew up on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, now I’m on the hunt for the best coast in Australia! Esperance is winning so far!

What are your hobbies?

Over the last year I have picked up two new hobbies and LOVE them! I now surf and play tennis.
