About me:

Hey, I’m Ebony! You can call me Eb.

I am a Counsellor here at Freedom Co. My counselling style is relaxed, conversational, and person-led. I offer a warm, gentle, intuitive and supportive approach to therapy, while also using humour, storytelling and creative therapies where it might feel right for you.

I am a deeply empathetic and nurturing person by nature, and have found myself to have always felt the desire to help others hone into their strengths and values, to work towards their goals.

It is my privilege to hold a space that invites vulnerability and courage, and I truly value learning about the incredible Individuals that I work with and how I can support them on their therapy journey.

I am a human, with my own lived experience of the challenges we face in this fast paced world and I truly do believe that therapy is for everyone, that their is no hurdle to small or too big to work on, and that it is an innate opportunity to invest in your wellbeing and sense of self.

What's your pinch me moment?

I got to dance on stage with Katy Perry at her concert for “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.”

Do you have a side hustle?

I get paid as a voice over actor!
