"My relationship with exercise was dysfunctional.

It was rules-based and secretive. I found myself doing more and more exercise to ‘make up’ for eating. It was ruining my life, and making the eating disorder stronger."

- Person struggling with compulsive exercise.

Intuitive practice

What is joyful movement?

Joyful movement isn’t about burning calories. It’s about having fun, letting go and being in the moment. Good movement helps with your mind-body connection, and helps you become stronger physically and mentally.

Movement doesn’t have to be “conventional” to be beneficial. Do you love hula-hooping? Do it. Bushwalking? Beautiful. Dancing in your living room? Turn up Beyoncé! These are all joyful movements. Navigating movement can be tough on your own. That’s where our exercise physiologist comes in. We provide a compassionate, nurturing and therapeutic environment where you can explore your relationship with movement and develop an intuitive practice.
Our exercise physiologists would love to meet you.
