How we help

We are a holistic health and wellness practice offering multidisciplinary care for people with general mental health issues and eating disorders.

We are a group of psychologists, counsellors, dietitians and occupational therapists who share a common interest for helping people feel better about themselves, their bodies, food and eating. 

Additionally, each of us has our own ‘special interests’ in general mental and physiological health – so we are sure to meet you where you’re at.

Our experienced team are focused on creating a warm, welcoming environment that gives you the space you need to heal and grow. Our goal is to support you in becoming your most authentic self, however that looks for you.

Our team are here to guide you toward the help you need.

How does it work?

How we work together depends on what you need. We invite each of our clients to come in for an initial ‘Welcome Meeting’. In this meeting we gain a full understanding of where you are at, what you’d like to work on, and how we might be able to help.

From here, we match you to the most suitable therapist in (or outside of) our team, and we create a therapy plan.

As a guide, many clients start with 1 session per week to gain momentum in therapy. This will decrease as therapy (and you) evolves.

We help you with your mental health.

Our team of experienced psychologists, counsellors and occupational therapists help you work through any issues that may be affecting how you feel towards yourself and your life.

This may look like issues around  eating disorders, body image, anxiety or mood disorders, trauma, or general mental health. 

Some of our clients don’t know how to describe what is going on for them, and that’s ok too. Just turn up; we’ll help you sort it out.
