About me:

Hey, I’m Charlotte.

I love working with our community to support individuals to develop a healthy relationship with food and support their health journey.

I’ve worked in private practice for 5 years, and love being able to develop lasting collaborations with my clients, supporting their progress and watching their growth. As well as being a qualified dietitian, I am also a qualified diabetes educator, so I have a particular interest in supporting people living with diabetes to optimise their condition while also maintaining a positive relationship with food.

In addition, I have interests in sports nutrition, eating disorders in sport, and fertility nutrition.

What's your hobby?

What's a fun fact about you?

i thrive in helping people who...

who are open to learning about themselves and unpacking the routines and thought patterns that may be hindering their health journey. I enjoy supporting individuals who have additional goals in fertility, sports and diabetes optimisation.

What are your strengths as a therapist?

After healing my own relationship with food, I feel this helps me to bring a wonderful level of understanding to supporting my clients. I believe I am a good listener, helping my clients to feel heard and appreciated.

What is your general philosophy and approach to helping?

Everyone should be able to see and appreciate their unique self, even if there are aspects of ourselves which are hard to love. I try to encourage this in my clients by holding this for them until they are able to take it on themselves.
