Hello, I’m Alexa.

I am a Clinical Psychology Registrar and I have recently completed a Master of Clinical Psychology.

I completed my masters dissertation on the Effects of Mother-Child Attachment on Childhood Anxiety Disorders.

I bring a broad range of experience across all ages, with a broad range of health concerns.

I have a passion for combining evidence-based interventions with supportive therapy that facilitates clients change and self-discovery.

Yes I lived in Honduras for three months.

What are your strengths as a therapist?

I am warm, non-judgemental and I use a guided exploratory approach. I also bring interest/experience in the assessment of neurodevelopment disorders.

What is your general philosophy and approach to helping?

I consider myself an integrative therapist. My approach to helping is guided by my clients needs. My style of therapy is guiding and exploratory.
